Q: In what areas are your services available?
Our company is expanding rapidly; currently we are Servicing Lee and Collier Counties.

Q: Who needs non-medical home care?
People who need additional help with their daily living activities who are the elderly, temporarily or permanently disabled and those individuals recuperating from or dealing with chronic illness. In other cases, it could be people whose family caregiver needs a respite or time off from their care giving responsibilities.

Q: Does GUARDIAN ANGELS for SENIORS require you to sign a contract?
No.  There are no contracts whatsoever.  We want this process to be as easy as possible for you, with No headaches.

Q: How much does the service cost?
We bill on an hourly basis with a two hour minimum. The hours required are based on your needs. See our full list of services offered. Please contact us to learn more about our pricing.

Q: Do you have any weekly minimums?
We do NOT have any weekly minimums.  If you need us to help you around your home, do laundry, pickup prescriptions and grocery shop for you once a week, it is NO problem.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
Our preferred method of payment is credit card.  For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards.  We also accept check payments. All payments are due at the time services are performed.

Q: Are your services covered by Medicare?
Unfortunately not, Medicare only covers acute skilled care.

Q: Do you provide care in facilities also?
Yes. We can provide our caregivers to attend to your loved-one in hospitals, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, long-term rehabilitation facilities and other places.

Q: Is your agency licensed?
We operate within the requirements of the law and are appropriately licensed based on local regulations.

Q: How do you select your caregivers?
All of our caregivers are carefully interviewed, screened and have background checks prior to becoming employees of Guardian Angels for Seniors.

Q: Can I meet the caregiver in advance?
Our unique process begins with a complimentary in-home "assessment interview" where we can get to know each other. Your well being is our number one concern. We know that every person has different wishes, and we will tailor our services to meet your individual needs.  Our personalized and compassionate, one-on-one care is second to none. We are very good at building relationships!

Q: How long does it take to get a caregiver?
After our initial “Assessment Interview” and we fully understand your particular needs, arrangements to provide the services you require can happen in a very short period of time. Sometimes within 24 hours.

Q: I am having a medical procedure and I need someone to drive me there, wait for me and then take me home.  Do you provide this service?
Without question!  For our regular hourly fee, we can provide someone to transport you to and from your appointment.  And, if you are anxious or concerned about being home alone after a procedure, remembering to take your medication, still drowsy or too weak to prepare meals, etc. We can stay with you till you are comfortable to go it alone.  We want you to have the peace of mind. As they say "Better safe than sorry". 

Q: It is only my wife and I now and I would like to get out and golf once in awhile, or possibly something else, but my wife cannot stay home and take care of herself anymore, can you help me.
By all means we can help! If you need us once, once in a while or on a regular basis, you will receive the same professional, warm and compassionate care as all of our clients. We are available 24/7 and just a phone call away.
